Bacalhau à Brás

Bacalhau à brás (cod to bras) is a classic recipe of Portuguese cuisine. It is easy to cook and very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 400g of shredded and soaked cod;
- 500g of Potatoes;
- 6 eggs;
- 1 onion;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- Salt;
- Black Pepper;
- Olive oil;
- Parsley;
- Black olives.
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into thin slices and mince the garlic. Put the oil, onion and garlic in a frying pan and let it sauté slowly. Add the shredded cod and stir with a spoon so that it is well wrapped in the oil.
- Cut the potatoes into thin sticks and add salt. Fry the potatoes a little and add the potatoes to the cod.
- Beat the eggs with a fork and season with black pepper. Place the eggs in the frying pan and wrap them with all the ingredients.
- Stir with a spoon and, as soon as the eggs are in cream, but cooked, immediately remove the pan from the heat and place the cod on a platter.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve very hot with olives.
