• 200 g coarse flour
  • 200 g semi-coarse flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 g yeast fresh
  • pinch of salt

  • milk
  • 100 g poppy seed
  • 100 g honey
  • 80 g butter

Spread both flour, salt, yeast, sugar and milk into the bowl. Mix everything well and let it ferment. After the fermentation, form thin long rolls and cut about 2 cm long pieces. Put on the sheet and let it still dry. Bake at 150 ° C for twelve minutes.

Baked bobalky put into hot milk just for 30 seconds, then immediately drain (can be boiled with water). Sprinkle with honey, melted butter and sprinkle with ground mash. Finally, just mix and the food can be served.
