“Gzik Poznański z pyrami” it’s a perfect dish if you don’t have a lot of time for cooking and you would like to eat something delicious! It’s a typical meal from Poland, specifically for Poznań. The recipe is original from my grandma, so I hope you will enjoy it! 

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • natural yoghurt 250 ml
  • quark 200 g
  • onion 1
  • bunch of dill
  • salt as you like
  • pepper as you like
  • chive a little bit
  • potatoes 8
  1. Peel off the potatoes and put them to the salty water. Boil them as long as they will be cooked. 
  2. Sauce:

Chop the onion into very small pieces. Chop the dill. Put the natural yoghurt, quark, onion, dill, salt and pepper into the bowl and mix them. 

And that’s all! Pour a lot of sauce on the potatoes, put the chive on the top and it’s ready to eat!
