- 110g natural yogurt without sugar
- 130 ml of sunflower oil
- 250 sugar
- 10 g baking yeast
- 4 medium eggs
- 250 g pastry flour
- 180 g in total between black and white chocolate
1 Turn on the oven to 175º so that it is preheated while preparing the sponge cake dough
2 Separate the yolks from the whites and mount the whites to the point of snow. Reserve them.
3 Mix the yolks with sugar, add yogurt and sunflower oil. Mix all well.
4 Incorporate sifted flour with the yeast and mix until integrated.
5 Add the whites mounted to snow point mix from down to up.
6 Prepare the mold
7 Add the dough to the mold and put to the oven during 35/40 minutes.
8 In the middle while, melt the chocolate in a pot with under boiling water.
9 When the cake is ready, add the melted chocolate on the top and wait until it dry.
